Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards and digital products are non-refundable.

• Used, worn, or damaged merchandise cannot be returned.

Refunds

• Please allow 5–7 business days for processing after the item is received.
